How to setup Category System

Our System supports 4 variety of category system -

  • Full site based "All"
  • Knowledgebase only
  • FAQ only
  • Query/Support Ticket only "Doubt"

When selected "All" in "Cat for" while adding/editing the new category, it will setup category for all types of system in the application.

When selected "Knowledgebase" in "cat for" while adding/editing the new category, it will setup category for only knowledgebase system in the application.

When selected "FAQ" in "cat for" while adding/editing the new category, it will setup category for only FAQ system in the application.

When selected "Doubt" in "cat for" while adding/editing the new category, it will setup category for only support ticket or query system in the application.

Other options are understandable.
